Change of Shipping Address
Changes to the shipping address must be completed before the shipping confirmation email is sent. If a change is needed, please submit the new address via Email service-EN@yogoods.shop, ensuring it complies with U.S. standard shipping address specifications and is complete and accurate. Each order is allowed to change the shipping address only once.
You will receive an order confirmation email notifying you that the product has been packaged and is ready for shipment shortly before it is dispatched. At this point, no further address changes will be permitted.
A U.S. standard shipping address must include the following information:
- 1) Full name and phone number
- 2) Street number and name
- 3) City name
- 4) State abbreviation
- 5) Zip/Postal code
- 6) Apartment number/Unit number/Workplace (if applicable)
Change of Products
Once an order is placed, we no longer support changes to product type, specification, quantity, or other order details. If necessary, you may send an email to Email service-EN@Yogoo
ds.shop to request cancellation of your order. After canceling the order, you can reorder the desired products.
3.Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. If you have not received the shipping email, please send an email to Email service-EN@yogoods.shop with your full name and order number to request cancellation.
Pursuant to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Trade Regulation, if we fail to ship the product within 30 days of order confirmation (or within a longer period agreed upon by both parties), you have the right to cancel the order at any time and receive a full refund without additional formalities.
4.Damaged Products or Other Issues
Please inspect the order immediately upon receipt. If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 5 days of discovering the quality defect to obtain a solution; otherwise, the product will be deemed to meet the agreed specifications.

- Your full name
- Traceable order number
- Clear unboxing video (must include the entire shipping label, ensuring it is in the same frame as the product)
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product
- Photos or videos of the original packaging of the product (must show packaging integrity and protective details)
5.Returns
You may initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the product (excluding specific categories such as clothing and electronic products; see supplementary instructions below for details). The following are the return guidelines:
1.Return Eligibility Requirements (Must Meet All of the Following)
The product must remain in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with all original tags, labels, and accessories attached, and placed in the original packaging.
You must provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., order receipt, payment confirmation, order confirmation email, etc.).
Please note that products that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted for return or refund.
2.Supplementary Instructions on Return Period
For regular products: The return period is 7 days from the date of receipt.
For specific categories such as clothing and electronic products (see product detail page for specific information), in accordance with the requirements of local consumer protection laws in states such as California and New York, a 30-day “no-questions-asked trial period” is provided. During the trial period, returns can be initiated without reason (subject to the product condition requirements in the above “Return Eligibility Requirements”).
3.Return Process
- 1) If the product is eligible for return, please contact us via Email service-EN@yogoods.shop to initiate the return process. Please note that only pre-approved returns will be accepted. Unauthorized returns or packages sent to the wrong address will be rejected.
- 2) For all return packages, in accordance with customs requirements after the transition period of the U.S. “Small Parcel Tariff Exemption” policy ends on February 28, 2026, detailed product composition description, certificate of origin, HS code, and proof of the actual value of the product must be attached. Otherwise, it may result in customs inspection delays, seizure, or fines, and you shall bear the relevant losses.
- 3) Submitting a return request signifies your full understanding and acceptance that you shall bear the return shipping cost (except for the shipping fee rules of the green return method, which are subject to the agreement of the “Green Return Incentive Program”); if you choose to use the “Advanced Prepaid Return Label (APRL)” provided by the platform, the label fee will be borne by you together with the return shipping cost (excluding exempt categories such as handcrafted products, dangerous goods, and oversized/overweight products that cannot provide APRL labels due to logistics characteristics); at the same time, you shall be responsible for customs declaration, tariff payment, warehousing connection, and other related matters during the return process, as well as any additional fees that may arise, such as inspection fees, port detention fees, and overdue storage fees.
- 4) After your return request is approved, we will provide you with the detailed return address, shipping guidelines, and customs declaration requirements. You must submit the return tracking number via Email service-EN@yogoods.shop within 24 hours after sending the product (if you fail to provide it on time, resulting in failed logistics tracking, delayed after-sales verification, or return failure, you shall bear the relevant consequences yourself).
- 5) Before the product is received and signed for by us, you shall bear the responsibility for the safety, integrity, and transportation risks of the returned product.

If the returned product is verified to be not in its original condition (unresellable), it will not be warehoused and no refund will be issued. If you do not send the product within 60 days after your return request is approved, or fail to cooperate with the completion of verification within 30 days after the product is delivered, in accordance with environmental disposal requirements, we have the right to entrust a third party to conduct environmental dismantling or donation of the product, and you shall bear the relevant disposal costs.
5.Green Return Incentive Program
In accordance with the requirements of local legislation in states such as California and New York, if you choose the “Green Return” method (e.g., using platform-designated reusable packaging, selecting slow logistics with a delivery time of more than 7 days), you can receive a 5% discount coupon or point reward of the order amount. The reward will be credited to your account within 10 business days after the return is completed (see product detail page for specific reward rules).
6.Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, fresh flowers, plants)
- Customized or personalized products (made according to your specific requirements and cannot be resold)
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty products, skin care products, cosmetics, etc. No returns will be accepted after opening for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
- Digital content (e.g., in-game skins, electronic documents, membership benefits, etc. No returns will be accepted after redemption or use)

7.Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchange services. You may return the original product in accordance with the above steps. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired product.
8.Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your return within 7-10 business days. If you choose the “Green Return” method, the 5% discount or points used will be deducted first from the refund (if applicable).
If approved, we will notify you via Email service-EN@yogoods.shopnd and issue a full refund for the purchased product. However, the shipping cost charged by the carrier will be deducted from the refund (if applicable).
The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within a certain period of time. The refund processing time may vary depending on the financial institution.
9.Transaction Records and Personal Information Protection
Storage of Transaction Records
Pursuant to the requirements of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and relevant state laws, the platform will retain all transaction records (including order information, after-sales processing records, payment vouchers, etc.) for at least 3 years.
Processing of Personal Information
Your personal information (e.g., full name, contact information, address, order information, product photos or videos, etc.) will only be used for after-sales claim verification, problem handling, and logistics coordination, and strictly complies with applicable state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA).

Data Retention Period
Within 30 natural days after the full completion of the after-sales process, we will desensitize or permanently delete your personal information and will not disclose it to any third parties (except as required by laws and regulations or with your explicit consent).
