Copyright Infringement Policy
YOGOODS STORE (“YOGOODS”) respects intellectual property rights globally and is committed to protecting the legitimate interests of rights holders. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please submit an infringement notice as outlined below.
1.Requirements for Infringement Notices
A valid notice must include all of the following:
1)Proof of Ownership
- Description of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to be infringed (e.g., title, registration number, or date of first publication).
- Evidence of ownership (e.g., copyright certificate, publication details, or licensing documentation).
2)Identification of Infringing Material
- Clear identification of the allegedly infringing content (e.g., product links, image URLs, or text descriptions).
- Sufficient detail to locate the material (e.g., full webpage URLs and screenshots).
3)Submitter Information
- Name, mailing address, phone number, and email of the rights holder or authorized representative.
- For organizations: Business license or proof of authorization to act on behalf of the rights holder.
4)Legal Declarations
- “I have a good faith belief that the use of the disputed material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law (e.g., fair use).”
- “The information in this notice is accurate. I understand that false claims may subject me to legal liability.”
5)Signature
Handwritten signature (for physical submissions) or valid electronic signature of the rights holder or authorized representative.
2.Takedown Process
1)Submission
Send the complete notice to: service-EN@yogoods.shop
Use the email subject line: “Copyright Infringement Notice – [Your Name/Organization]”
2)Content Removal
We will remove or disable access to the disputed content within 5 business days of receiving a valid notice and notify the affected user.
3) Counter-Notification
Users may submit a counter-notice with evidence refuting the infringement claim and a legal declaration.
Content will be reinstated within 10 business days unless legal action is initiated by the rights holder.
3.User Accountability
1)Repeat Infringements
Accounts receiving 3 valid infringement notices will be permanently terminated.
2)False Claims
Parties submitting knowingly false notices will bear full legal liability, including compensation for damages to YOGOODS and affected third parties.
4.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This policy complies with copyright laws applicable in the user’s jurisdiction.
Cross-border disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).
5.Policy Updates
We may revise this policy periodically. Updated versions become effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
